From downtown Gatlinburg, the 120 passenger Aerial Tramway transports you to the mountain resort where you'll find a full day's excitement with indoor ice skating, 3 water raft rides, kiddie rides, Carousel, Wildlife Encounter with bears, otters and other native animals. And, of course, there's the best snow skiing around during the winter!
Unsurpassed vistas surround you on all sides as the tram takes you high atop Mt. Harrison to an elevation of 2700 feet. The 120 passenger tram departs every 20 minutes reaching a top speed of 23 mph traveling a distance of 2.1 miles. The trip from the downtown station to the mountain top takes about 10 minutes. It's a trip you won't want to miss.
